Field archery

At Northern, we practice and teach Target, Field and Clout Archery using a diverse range of equipment covering Olympic and Hunting Recurve bows, Compound Bows, and Longbows. Northern Archers has members that compete in International, National, and State tournaments.

Archery can be intensely competitive, or passively recreational.

Clout competition

The club runs a 12 round league competition in the first and second half of each year where members can participate. Archers participating in the league competition are handicapped so beginner and experienced archers have an equal chance of winning the competitions. The Northern Archers league is a great introduction for new archers to competition shooting in a relaxed format where more experienced archers will help you improve.
